Is the initial quote free of charge?

Of course! Our professional team will visit at a time that is convenient for you to discuss all your glassing needs. We are more than happy to visit you after hours and on weekends if that suits you more.

Will it meet all Australian Pool Fencing standards?

At Premier we only stock the absolute highest grade materials and have the engineers certificates to back it up. Our frameless glass meets all Australian Pool Fencing Standards and we can provide Pool Fence Certification when we install the product. Frameless glass is held in place by spigots that are positioned beneath the glass. There are different shapes and styles of spigots available, with all of our spigots being manufactured from 2205 marine grade stainless steel that will not rust.

Will there be a long wait for my glass to be installed?

No, we know you don't want to wait months for your job to be completed! One of the key differences between us and many competitors is that we have a fully stocked warehouse and a very quick turnaround on installation.  

What stainless steel should I use outside?

Generally Marine grade 316 stainless steel is the accepted grade of stainless steel to use outside. Whilst many competitors use the minimum 316 grade, at Premier we use a higher quality stainless called Duplex  2205 which is considered far superior for outside use.

We only recommend a Mirror finish for outside applications.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes! We offer a 10 year warranty on all parts.
